This project involved creating a user-centered web platform for WildMed (Wilderness Medical Associates International) designed to meet the distinct needs of their students, instructors, and administrators. For students, we streamlined payment processes, simplified course registration, and enhanced engagement by facilitating direct communication with instructors. Instructors gained efficient access to course materials, real-time notifications, and easy ordering of class supplies and certifications. Administrators benefited from improved scalability, seamless system integration, and precise performance tracking through a customizable dashboard, empowering them to manage key metrics effectively. The result is a cohesive platform that supports the unique workflows of all users while improving overall efficiency and user satisfaction.
